Course Cancellations & Refunds
By completing your registration for a course and making a payment of full or installment fee, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
You have the right to cancel your booking at any time at the following terms:

1) For the classroom and live online courses, for any cancellations during the first session, an admin fee of 20% of the course price applies (which will not be refunded), and the remaining deposit will be refunded.

2) For the recorded workshops, the right to cancel will only apply before sending the required links and material for the workshop.

3) Refund method is the same as the Payment method.

4) After the course's first session (in-house and live online), no refund will be available.

5) Leaders Consulting & Training reserves the right to cancel a course if the number of delegates has yet to reach the minimum required to run the course effectively. Leaders Consulting & Training will either arrange an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the fee paid.

6) The company also reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unforeseen circumstance that disables a safe training environment. In the event of a cancellation, Leaders Consulting & Training will either arrange an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the fee paid.

7) If you need to postpone your course, you need to make a request two working days before the course starting date, and it does not cost you.

8) Any refund will take up to 30 days to process.
