We are looking for an experienced, hands-on and business-oriented HR Manager to join our team and lead the full spectrum of HR functions for a 1,000+ employee pharmaceutical group.

- Location: Egypt, Badr city & new Cairo

- Reports to: CHRO

- The Role

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and executing all core HR functions, ensuring that our people strategy supports business growth, performance and organizational effectiveness.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who can think strategically, execute effectively and work closely with business leaders to solve people challenges and build a high-performance culture.

- Key Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Drive Performance Management and employee productivity

• Manage Compensation & Benefits and incentive programs

• Lead Learning & Development initiatives

• Strengthen Employee Engagement & Retention

• Support Organization Development and succession planning

• Ensure effective HR Operations and Labor Law compliance

• Develop HR dashboards, analytics and KPIs

• Coach and support managers on people-related matters

• Continuously improve HR policies, processes and systems

- What We’re Looking For

5 to 10 yrs years of progressive HR management experience

- Experience in Pharmaceutical / FMCG / Healthcare or similar manufacturing industries

- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law

- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Business-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
